Exceptional provision. gross payment Scope Employees who were already employed by the employer on 31 December 2014 and to whom the provisions of the collective labour agreement for Newspaper Publishing were applied shall be entitled to a payment of 1% of their actual gross annual income (up to a maximum of the maximum pay subject to national insurance contributions, as referred to in the Dutch Social Insurance Funding Act (Wet financiering sociale verzekeringen).
