EXCESSIVE LOADS. Tenant agrees that should the nature of its layout or any of its equipment, fixtures or furnishings to be placed in the Premises place a burden in excess of the Building's designed load, Tenant agrees to pay Landlord the cost of any modifications to the Building necessary to accommodate Tenant's furniture, furnishings or layout.

EXCESSIVE LOADS. The College reserves the right to impose reasonable requirements and prohibitions with respect to the use or storage of heavy items in the residence halls. Waterbeds and other heavy items imposing unreasonable stress are not permitted.
EXCESSIVE LOADS. This policy does not insure loss or liability while any insured vehicle is: 1. loaded or operated contrary to the manufacturer’s recommended specifications, or 2. loaded or operated contrary to the law, or its ancillary plant or machinery being operated contrary to the law. This exclusion does not apply to any claim for loss arising from theft or illegal conversion of any insured vehicle.
EXCESSIVE LOADS. Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Demised Premises exceeding the floor load per square foot area, which such floor was designed to carry and which is allowed by law and in accordance with the certificate of occupancy. If greater floor load per square foot area is required, Tenant may reinforce floors at its own cost and expense so as to safely sustain the required floor loads provided same is completed in accordance with Article 9.

  • Floor Load Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises that exceeds 50 pounds per square foot “live load”. Landlord reserves the right to reasonably designate the position of all Equipment which Tenant wishes to place within the Premises, and to place limitations on the weight thereof.

  • REPAIRED OR REPLACED PARTS / COMPONENTS Where the Contractor is required to repair, replace or substitute Product or parts or components of the Product under the Contract, the repaired, replaced or substituted Products shall be subject to all terms and conditions for new parts and components set forth in the Contract including Warranties, as set forth in the Additional Warranties Clause herein. Replaced or repaired Product or parts and components of such Product shall be new and shall, if available, be replaced by the original manufacturer’s component or part. Before installation, all proposed substitutes for the original manufacturer’s installed parts or components must be approved by the Authorized User. The part or component shall be equal to or of better quality than the original part or component being replaced.

  • Pressure The System user is not entitled to deliver natural gas to Gas Connect Austria at the Entry Point Überackern 7-fields at a pressure of below 64 bar. Normal cubic meter (Nm³) is a cubic meter of natural gas at 273.15 K (= 0°C) and 101,325 kPa (=1.01325 bara). The natural gas delivered by the System User at the Entry Point Xxxxxxxxxx for transportation must be in line with the following chemical and physical specifications:

  • Contract Duration This contract shall commence with the date this contract was entered into and shall expire on October 31, 2022.
