Heavy Items. The Tenant must not bring onto or permit to remain on the Premises any safes, machinery, goods or other articles that will or may strain or damage the Premises or any part of them.
Heavy Items. Tenant shall advise Landlord of location, dimensions, weight per square foot and description of heavy equipment or filing systems exceeding 50 pounds/SF live load.
Heavy Items. You will, at the time of requesting a booking and in any event before We (or any member of the Company Group) confirm the booking, provide Us or any member of the Company Group with written notice of any of the Goods exceeding 100kg (which include but are not limited to pool tables, stone, concrete or marble tables, pianos, gym equipment or fish tanks) (“Heavy Item”) and items under 100kg, which can also be considered heavy lifts due to their size, material (especially marble) or shape and/or difficulties due to access (“Heavy/Awkward Item”). You agree:
5.10.1 Heavy Items incur an extra charge depending on the weight and/or awkwardness of the item;
5.10.2 Heavy Items may require three or four removalists to attend the move of any Heavy Item;
5.10.3 We will not move Heavy Items up or down stairs for OH&S reasons. Please contact a specialist mover under these circumstances;
5.10.4 Photo evidence of the (potential) Heavy Item(s), access points and hallways will have to be provided at least 7 days BEFORE Your move.
5.10.5 If you have a stone or marble or large solid wood item (or similar) and think it is under 100 kg and the access is easy, please provide us with the official product details including the specified weight by the supplier BEFORE your move and we will let you know if we can waive the fee. If You provide Us with notice of any Heavy Item after We (or any member of the Company Group) confirm the booking, We may (in Our absolute discretion) refuse to move any Heavy Item. However, if We choose to move the Heavy Item at Your request, We reserve Our right to amend the Pricing to include the extra charges incurred by the inclusion of the Heavy Item (which may include but is not limited to any additional removalist(s) required to ensure that the move of the Heavy Item is attended to by three or four removalists).
Heavy Items. ACEMS shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises which exceeds the load per square foot which such floor was designed to carry or which is allowed by law. Meridian reserves the right to prescribe the weight and position of all safes and heavy items which ACEMS wishes to place in the Premises so as properly to distribute the weight thereof.

Heavy Items. 19.1 No heavy items (including safes) may be placed or stored on the floor of the Licensee's Premises without the prior consent in writing of the Licensor, and the Licensor may prescribe their maximum weight and proper position.
19.2 All damage done to the Building by heavy items must be rectified and paid for by the Licensee who causes it.
19.3 Before any safe or any other heavy item is moved into, out of or within the Building, prior notice must be given by the Licensee in writing to the ATP security office. The moving may only be done under the direction and supervision of the ATP security officer.
Heavy Items. All carrying in or out of heavy freight, packages or other bulky matter of any description must take place only during hours selected by Landlord and only with prior notice to and approval by Landlord. No object beyond the rated capacity of elevators shall be brought on the Property. Landlord shall have the right to prescribe the location of heavy objects and, if considered necessary, the means to distribute the weight to no more than 50 pounds per square foot. Any damage to the Property caused by Tenant or its contractor, delivery or moving service, will be repaired at Tenant's expense.
Heavy Items. All removals, or the carrying in or out of any safes, freight, furniture or bulky matter of any description must take place in the manner and during the hours which Lessor or its agent may determine from time to time. Lessor reserves the right to inspect all safes, freight or other bulky articles to be brought onto the Premises and to exclude from the Premises all safes, freight or other bulky articles which violate any of these Rules and Regulations or the Lease, including, without limitation, any load factor restrictions for each floor.
Heavy Items. Tenant shall not bring into the Premises or permit to be brought into the Premises any weights or heavy items that would be beyond the safe carrying capacity of a standard office building.
Heavy Items. Tenant shall not place any unusually heavy objects on the floor, such as pool tables, waterbeds, etc.
