Orders may be subject to delays, difficulties, and/or conditions affecting transmission or execution of Orders over which Leverex has no control, including, but not limited to, mechanical or electronic failure or market congestion. We are not liable for any delays, difficulties or conditions adversely affecting transmission or execution of Orders.

In each such case, SACVALLEY MEDSHARE will require its subcontractors to: (i) maintain the confidentiality of all Data and other proprietary information relating to Participant, (ii) execute a Business Associate Agreement whenever such person or entity may have access to, view, receive, transmit or disclose PHI, and (iii) comply with Applicable Laws.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Pursuant to Section 5-65 of the Act, discontinuance by the Company of operations at the Project during the term of this Agreement with the intent to terminate operations in the State of Illinois shall result in all Credits taken by the Company being deemed Wrongfully Exempted Illinois State Income Taxes and shall subject said Wrongfully Exempted Illinois State Income Taxes to the forfeiture provisions of Section VIII.D hereof.
