EXCLUSION FROM THE BARGAINING UNIT. 1. The Board shall notify the Local of all new teaching positions offered in the district and submit to the Local a written job description of the new position(s). 2. Newly created teaching positions shall be included in the bargaining unit unless the position is excluded by mutual agreement.
