EXCLUSION FROM THE BARGAINING UNIT. 1. Any classification currently included in the bargaining unit may not be excluded from the bargaining unit without the agreement of the parties. 2. The basis of an exclusion from the bargaining unit shall be: a. any of the functions outlined in the Labour Relations Code as the basis for exclusion from the definition of “employee”; or b. the functions of a Director of Instruction or Administrative Officer as set out in the 3.
