Exclusion Of Employees Hired On Or After. July 1, 2005 Employees hired on or after July 1, 2005, are excluded from the existing retiree medical health benefit. Article 4, Division 12 of the Municipal Code, relating to Retiree Health Benefits, will be revised to reflect this change.
