Suspension of Employment. If the Employee is suspended and/or temporarily prohibited from participating in the conduct of the Bank's affairs by a notice served under Section 8(e)(3) or (g)(1) of the FDIA (12 U.S.C. 1818(e)(3) and (g)(1)), the Bank's obligations under the Agreement shall be suspended as of the date of service, unless stayed by appropriate proceedings. If the charges in the notice are dismissed, the Bank shall, (i) pay the Employee all or part of the compensation withheld while its contract obligations were suspended and (ii) reinstate any of its obligations which were suspended.
Suspension of Employment. If the Employee is suspended and/or temporarily prohibited from participating in the conduct of The Killbuck Savings Bank Company’s affairs by a notice served under Section 8 (e) (3) or (g) (1) of the FDIA (12 U.S.C. 1818 (e) (3) and (g) (1)), The Killbuck Savings Bank Company’s obligations under the Agreement shall be suspended as of the date of service, unless stayed by appropriate proceedings. If the charges in the notice are dismissed, The Killbuck Savings Bank Company may in its discretion (i) pay the Employee all or part of the compensation withheld while its contract obligations were suspended and (ii) reinstate any of its obligations which were suspended.
Suspension of Employment. If the Employee is suspended and/or temporarily prohibited from participating in the conduct of the Subsidiary's affairs by a notice served under Section 8(e)(3) or (g)(1) of the FDIA (12 U.S.C. 1818(e)(3) and (g)(1)), the Company's obligations under the Agreement shall be suspended as of the date of service, unless stayed by appropriate proceedings. If the charges in the notice are dismissed, the Company may in its discretion, (i) pay the Employee all or part of the compensation withheld while its contract obligations were suspended and (ii) reinstate any of its obligations which were suspended.
Suspension of Employment. If the Company suspends Participant’s employment (with or without pay) during an investigation, then all vesting of an Award will likewise be suspended pending the outcome of the investigation. If Participant’s employment terminates for any reason during or after such investigation, then the termination of employment will, for purposes of an Award and vesting related thereto, be effective as of the date of the suspension.
Suspension of Employment. If Executive is suspended and/or temporarily prohibited from participating in the conduct of the Employer’s business by a notice served under Section 8(e)(3) or (g)(1) of the FDIA (a “Suspension Notice”), the Employer’s obligations under the Agreement shall be suspended as of the date on which service of such Suspension Notice is made, unless such suspension is stayed by appropriate proceedings. If the charges in the Suspension Notice are dismissed, Employer may, in its discretion (i) pay the Executive all or part of the compensation withheld while Employer’s obligations hereunder were suspended, and (ii) reinstate (in whole or in part) any of the obligations of Employer that were suspended.
Suspension of Employment. A. The suspension of the Employee from office or temporary prohibition from participation by the Employee in the conduct of the affairs of the Bank pursuant to notice served by any supervisory or regulatory agency, unless stayed by appropriate proceedings, shall suspend, as of the date of such service, all obligations of the Bank under the terms of this Agreement.
B. In the event the charges specified in a notice served as provided in Subparagraph A of this Section shall be dismissed, the Bank shall:
(1) pay the Employee the compensation withheld from such Employee pursuant to the suspension of the Bank's obligation as required in Subparagraph A of this Section; and,
(2) reinstate the obligations suspended as required in Subparagraph A of this section.
Suspension of Employment. If the company suspects that the employee is guilty of the conduct referred to in clause 3.1 and/or clause 3.1.1, or any other conduct which may, if proved, justify his dismissal, or has committed a breach of any of the terms of this agreement, it may, pending a duly constituted enquiry into the alleged conduct in question, but without prejudice to its right of summary dismissal in terms of clause 3.1 and without giving rise to any claim for damages or otherwise against it, suspend the employee for a period not exceeding 30 days during which the employee shall:
5.1. not be entitled to attend work at the premises of the company;
Suspension of Employment. In the event the Executive is arrested for any crime of the nature specified in Section 5.3(b) hereof, the Company may elect to suspend the Executive from his duties hereunder until such charges have been dropped or adjudicated in a manner which results in other than a guilty verdict, whichever is earlier. During the period of suspension, the Executive shall not receive any compensation unless the Company determines that the continuation of the Executive's compensation is appropriate. The election by the Company to suspend the Executive under this Section 5.7 shall not limit the right of the Company to otherwise terminate the Executive for Cause under Section 5.3 (provided that the Executive's actions constitute Cause for purposes of Section 5.3).

If the Executive is suspended and/or temporarily prohibited from participating in the conduct of USA's affairs by a notice served under applicable regulatory guidelines, USA's obligations under the Agreement shall be suspended as of the date of service, unless stayed by appropriate proceedings. If the charges in the notice are dismissed, USA shall: (i) pay the Executive all of the compensation withheld while its contract obligations were suspended; and (ii) reinstate its obligations which were suspended.
