Exclusion of Employees Hired on or after July 1, 2005. Employees hired on or after July 1, 2005, are excluded from the existing retiree medical health benefit. Article 4, Division 12 of the Municipal Code, relating to Retiree Health Benefits, will be revised to reflect this change.

Holiday time off shall be determined by calculating 1/10 of the hours worked by the part-time employee in the bi-weekly pay period immediately preceding the pay period in which the holiday falls. The computation of holiday time off shall be rounded to the nearest hour.

  • DEFINITION OF EMPLOYEE STATUS 8.01 The status of all employees covered by this agreement shall be defined under one of the following three definitions.
