Exclusion of Persons With Criminal Records. By signing this Agreement, Contractor does hereby agree, certify, warrant and represent on behalf of itself, and agrees to see that each subcontractor performing the Work shall not assign any individual or agent to work on a project site located on or adjacent to an existing school building where students, staff and patrons are present any person identified as a registered sex offender under the laws of the State of Wyoming. Contractor does hereby agree on behalf of itself, and agrees to see that each subcontractor performing the Work shall authorize and give consent, and by signing an Agreement with Owner agrees to cooperate in obtaining any additional authorization or consent necessary to assure compliance with this requirement.
