Exclusive Weekends or Holiday Employment. 13.5.1. Notwithstanding other provisions of the Education Code and these policies, employees of the District in positions which require working exclusively on holiday or weekends, and for which a special salary rate recognizing this peculiarity is established, are exempted from the benefit of 13.4 above.
