Executive Council Member. ‌ Members of the Union executive may apply in writing to the Employer for leave of absence to attend to Union business. The employee will give reasonable notice to minimize disruption of the department. The Employer will make every reasonable effort to grant such leave and, except where the employee's absence will significantly limit the operational capabilities of the department, the leave will be granted.

  • Executive Committee (A) The Executive Committee shall be composed of not more than nine members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members and who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board.
