Common use of Executive Duties Clause in Contracts

Executive Duties. Executive shall perform the duties of Executive’s office as required by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and/or the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”).

Executive Duties. Executive will serve in an executive capacity and shall perform the duties of Executive’s office as required by the Company’s Chief CEO and all such other duties reasonably assigned to Executive Officer and/or by the Board of Directors CEO from time to time.
