Executive Physical comprehensive annual medical screening through executive physical program at Xxxxx Xxxxxxx University medical center at Company cost.
Executive Physical. Executive is entitled to an annual physical examination plus travel expenses at the Mayo Clinic Executive Health Program located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Executive Physical. Triumph hereby confirms that it has pre-paid that cost of an executive physical for you to have performed within 6 months following the date of this Agreement.
Executive Physical. Nxxx Fxxxx Company recognizes the contributions of its leaders and understands the pressures and responsibilities of these positions. After ninety days of employment, you are eligible to participate in the executive physical examination program, which is a fully paid benefit. This program is administered through the Mayo Clinic Executive Health Program in Rochester, Minnesota. You will receive additional information about this program after you begin employment.
Executive Physical. The Executive shall be eligible to have an executive physical in 2024 pursuant to the Company’s existing program.
Executive Physical. You will be eligible to participate in the Company’s annual Executive Physical Program, subject to its terms and conditions.
Executive Physical. You are eligible and covered for one additional medical exam at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN or Froedtert/Medical College of Wisconsin, at your election, under the Company’s executive medical program between the date hereof and December 31, 2008 which you shall schedule through the Company’s normal process for such exams.
Executive Physical. Company will arrange and pay for a complete executive physical examination every two years, provided, however, that the results of the physical examination shall be made known to Company as well as to Executive.
Executive Physical. Each calendar year during the Employment Term, the Company agrees to pay 100% of the cost of one comprehensive executive physical for the Executive.
