Site Description 2.5.1 If reasonably requested by the A/E as necessary for the Project, the Owner shall furnish a legal description and a certified land survey of the Site, giving, as applicable, grades and lines of streets, alleys, pavements and adjoining property; rights-of-way, restrictions, easements, encroachments, zoning, deed restrictions, boundaries and contours of the Site; locations, dimensions, and complete data pertaining to existing buildings, other improvements, and trees; and full information concerning available service and utility lines, both public and private, above and below grade, including inverts and depths.
Description of the Transfer The details of the transfer and of the personal data are specified in Annex B. The parties agree that Annex B may contain confidential business information which they will not disclose to third parties, except as required by law or in response to a competent regulatory or government agency, or as required under clause I(e). This Contract does not guarantee specific apartment complexes, apartments, houses, rooms, room sizes, or roommates, and the BSC reserves the right to reassign members within the BSC, at any time during the term hereof, in order to make the most effective use of available space, or for any other reason to further the harmony, effectiveness or other organizational goals that the Board of Directors may from time to time determine. As such, Member may have exclusive or non-exclusive rights to use the apartment/bedroom they are assigned (depending on whether or not they are assigned a roommate(s)) and non-exclusive rights to use the common areas of the unit to which they are assigned.
