Public Infrastructure Project definition

Public Infrastructure Project means the public infrastructure improvements eligible for financing by the PID and/or the XXXX, which specifically includes the Core Village Improvements, the Offsite Utility Improvements and Related Costs.

More Definitions of Public Infrastructure Project

Public Infrastructure Project means the public infrastructure improvements eligible for financing by the PID and/or the TIDD, which specifically includes the Core Village Improvements, the Kachina Improvements, the Offsite Utility Improvements and Related Costs.
Public Infrastructure Project means certain public infrastructure, roadway infrastructure, and electrical and streetscape improvements along Worthsville Road and other public improvements, facilities, and equipping of the City’s Sports Park, in, serving or directly benefiting the Worthsville Road EDA, in addition to any costs of planning and design, as more fully described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Public Infrastructure Project means any publicly financed infrastructure Project carried out through the ADP;
