EXPEDITED MEDIATION ARBITRATION. (a) Where difference arises between the parties relating to Article 17.05 Discipline, Suspension and Dismissal, after exhausting the grievance procedure as set forth in Article 17.02, either of the parties may notify the other party in writing within five (5) weekdays of its desire to submit the difference to expedited mediation arbitration.
