Administrative Expenses Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Current HPA as amended by this Second Amendment, HFA and Eligible Entity may from time to time submit adjusted budgets to Treasury requesting approval to re-allocate HHF Funds to pay actual program expenses as set forth on a proposed Schedule C. In the event that Treasury shall approve an adjusted budget, in Treasury’s sole discretion, the parties shall enter into an amendment to the HPA to modify Schedules A, B and C as necessary.
Payments as Administrative Expenses Payments from the Receiver with respect to this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement are administrative expenses of the Receiver. To the extent the Receiver needs funds for shared-loss payments respect to this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement, the Receiver shall request funds under the Master Loan and Security Agreement, as amended (“MLSA”), from FDIC in its corporate capacity. The Receiver will not agree to any amendment of the MLSA that would prevent the Receiver from drawing on the MLSA to fund shared-loss payments.
Administrative Costs Administrative costs will not be included in the budget neutrality agreement, but the state must separately track and report additional administrative costs that are directly attributable to the demonstration. All administrative costs must be identified on the Forms CMS-64.10 Waiver and/or 64.10P Waiver.
Excluded Expenditures The Recipient undertakes that the proceeds of the Financing shall not be used to finance Excluded Expenditures. If the Association determines at any time that an amount of the Financing was used to make a payment for an Excluded Expenditure, the Recipient shall, promptly upon notice from the Association, refund an amount equal to the amount of such payment to the Association. Amounts refunded to the Association upon such request shall be cancelled.
Limitation of Administrative Costs Worksheet The worksheet is intended for use during the budgeting process to estimate the district's percent increase of FY2021 budgeted expenditures over FY2020 actual expenditures. Additional Expenses The Underwriter will pay all expenses (e.g., shipping, postage and courier costs) associated with the delivery of the Prospectus to prospective investors and investors, other than the costs of delivery to the Underwriter's facilities, provided, that if courier services (other than overnight delivery services utilized in the ordinary course of business) are required to ensure that the Prospectus is delivered to investors on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date, the Company will pay such courier expenses. If the foregoing is in accordance with your understanding of our agreement, please sign and return to the undersigned a counterpart hereof, whereupon this letter and your acceptance shall represent a binding agreement between the Underwriter and the Company. General Expenses You authorize the Manager to charge your account with your Underwriting Percentage of all expenses of a general nature incurred by the Manager and Co-Managers under the applicable AAU in connection with the Offering, including the negotiation and preparation thereof, or in connection with the purchase, carrying, marketing and sale of any securities under the applicable AAU and any Intersyndicate Agreement, including, without limitation, legal fees and expenses, transfer taxes, costs associated with approval of the Offering by the NASD and the costs of currency transactions (including forward and hedging currency transactions) entered into to facilitate settlement of the purchase of Securities permitted under Section 3.1 hereof.
Direct Costs Insert the major cost elements. For each element, consider the application of the paragraph entitled “Costs Requiring Prior Approval” on page 1 of these instructions.
ALLOWABLE COSTS AND PAYMENTS A. The method of payment for this contract will be based on actual cost plus a fixed fee. COUNTY will reimburse CONSULTANT for actual costs (including labor costs, employee benefits, travel, equipment rental costs, overhead and other direct costs) incurred by CONSULTANT in performance of the work. CONSULTANT will not be reimbursed for actual costs that exceed the estimated wage rates, employee benefits, travel, equipment rental, overhead, and other estimated costs set forth in the approved CONSULTANT’S COST PROPOSAL as referenced and defined in Exhibit “C”, unless additional reimbursement is provided for by contract amendment. In no event, will CONSULTANT be reimbursed for overhead costs at a rate that exceeds COUNTY’s approved overhead rate set forth in the COST PROPOSAL. In the event, that COUNTY determines that a change to the work from that specified in the COST PROPOSAL and AGREEMENT is required, the AGREEMENT time or actual costs reimbursable by COUNTY shall be adjusted by written agreement or task order to accommodate the changed work. The maximum total cost as specified in Paragraph “H” shall not be exceeded, unless authorized by written agreement.
Administrative Fees The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent an annual fee as agreed to between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
