Common use of Expenditures for Emergencies Clause in Contracts

Expenditures for Emergencies. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, in case of emergency, Manager may make expenditures for repairs and other items which exceed approved budgets or prior approvals from Owner without prior written approval if in the reasonable judgment of Manager it is necessary to prevent damage or injury. Owner must be informed of any such expenditures before the end of the next business day.
