EXPENDITURES VIA TELEPHONE, INTERNET OR FAX. 19.9.1. Since the issuance/signature by the Member of a slip showing the transaction is not possible in case of transactions in which the Member and/or Supplementary Card Holder and merchants do not come face to face or are not concurrently present, including any banking transaction and shopping to be executed in electronic environments using the internet and networks offering all kinds of voice, video and/or data transfer, using only card number and/or pin details (including virtual cards), and transactions to be executed via the telephone, fax, etc. specifying the card number, the debt shall arise at the moment the order which is in the form of a mail or a telephone order is placed, the conversation is held, or the transaction or any other banking/payment transaction is completed in the Bank’s records. The Member/Supplementary Card Holder agrees and undertakes that transactions for which no documents are issued can be proved only with the Bank’s computer records, computer printouts, microfilms and microfiches; such records shall constitute conclusive evidence, and he waives, in this regard, the rights of objection and defense provided in the Code of Obligations, the Execution and Bankrupt Code, Turkish Commercial Code and other legislation. The Member agrees and declares that where he gives an order by telephone, internet or fax or the amount shall be automatically debited to his accounts as with the case of telephone calls made using the credit card, the Bank is entitled to pay such amounts without the issuance of a slip upon a notice of the merchant which shall be given unilaterally by electronic means in accordance with the principles of the International Credit Card practice, and to debit the Member’s Credit Card. The Member cannot refrain from fulfilling his obligations arising from this agreement against the Bank, asserting objections such as there exists no slip or delivery note, or the signature on the delivery note is not genuine.

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Telephone Monitoring You agree that Chase and its third-party service providers may listen to and record telephone calls as part of providing program services.

  • Telephone Expenses 1. The State shall pay nine dollars ($9.00) of the basic monthly charge when an employee is specifically required by the State to have a telephone in his or her residence, unless the telephone is provided by the State, whether as a cell phone or other device with telephonic capability that functions to the State’s satisfaction at the member’s residence. These payments shall be made on a semiannual basis in January and July and shall be prorated for those employees who become eligible or terminate State service between the semiannual payments.

  • Telephone Services All telegraph, telephone, and communication connections which Tenant may desire outside the Premises shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, in Landlord’s sole discretion, and the location of all wires and the work in connection therewith shall be performed by contractors approved by Landlord and shall be subject to the direction of Landlord, except that such approval is not required as to Tenant’s cabling from the Premises in a route designated by Landlord to any telephone cabinet or panel provided for Tenant’s connection to the telephone cable serving the Building, so long as Tenant’s equipment does not require connections different than or additional to those to the telephone cabinet or panel provided. As to any such connections or work outside the Premises requiring Landlord’s approval, Landlord reserves the right to designate and control the entity or entities providing telephone or other communication cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance outside the Premises and to restrict and control access to telephone cabinets or panels. In the event Landlord designates a particular vendor or vendors to provide such cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance for the Building, Tenant agrees to abide by and participate in such program. Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay all costs incurred in connection with the installation of telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises, including any hook-up, access and maintenance fees related to the installation of such wires and cables in the Premises and the commencement of service therein, and the maintenance thereafter of such wire and cables; and there shall be included in Operating Expenses for the Building all installation, removal, hook-up or maintenance costs incurred by Landlord in connection with telephone cables and communication wiring serving the Building which are not allocable to any individual users of such service but are allocable to the Building generally. If Tenant fails to maintain all telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises and such failure affects or interferes with the operation or maintenance of any other telephone cables or communication wiring serving the Building, Landlord or any vendor hired by Landlord may enter into and upon the Premises forthwith and perform such repairs, restorations or alterations as Landlord deems necessary in order to eliminate any such interference (and Landlord may recover from Tenant all of Landlord’s costs in connection therewith). No later than the Termination Date, Tenant agrees to remove all telephone cables and communication wiring installed by Tenant for and during Tenant’s occupancy, which Landlord shall request Tenant to remove. Tenant agrees that neither Landlord nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to Tenant, or any of Tenant’s employees, agents, customers or invitees or anyone claiming through, by or under Tenant, for any damages, injuries, losses, expenses, claims or causes of action because of any interruption, diminution, delay or discontinuance at any time for any reason in the furnishing of any telephone or other communication service to the Premises and the Building.

  • Recording telephone calls You consent to our recording of your telephone calls with us (whether made via TBS or otherwise) and for such recordings to be used for any purpose as we deem fit including to provide evidence of instructions and other verbal communications, for quality and training purposes, as evidence in any proceedings against you or any other person.

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PCS for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.
