EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. Independent Contractor and the Company agree to maintain separate accounts in regards to all expenses related to performing the Scope of Work. Independent Contractor is solely responsible for payment of expenses incurred pursuant to this Agreement unless provided otherwise in writing by the officer of the Company. Independent Contractor agrees to execute and deliver any agreements and documents prepared by Company and to do all other lawful acts required to establish document and protect such rights.

EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. (a) Amounts deposited in the Other Events Staging Expense Account or the O&M Expense Account as described above will be used only for operating expenses of the NSP. (b) The GWCCA will authorize the release of funds from the Other Events Staging Expense Account or the O&M Expense Account to StadCo upon submission by StadCo of a certificate that it has incurred permitted expenses. The amount of such release will equal the amount of expenses as certified by StadCo. (c) StadCo will be required to fund all non-maintenance and refurbishment operating expenses of the NSP in excess of then-available reserves in the Other Events Staging Expense Account or the O&M Expense Account. In no event will the GWCCA be required to fund from its own resources (except as expressly provided in Section 9.3(c)) any operating expenses of the NSP.
EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. The following monthly stipends are to reimburse administrators for all mileage/meals when traveling on behalf of the Phillipsburg Public Schools. Principals - $58/month Admin. of Special Services - $58/month Elementary Principals - $58/month Middle School Ass't. Principal - $58/month An administrator who drives students to activities away from school building or acts on behalf of the Board driving students anywhere must meet the insurance requirements as determined by the Board and as stated in Board Policy, which either is or is about to be in effect.

EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. Consultant and the Company agree to maintain separate accounts in regards to all expenses related to performing the Scope of Services. Company will reimburse Consultant for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses incurred pursuant to this Agreement, subject to Company's approval. Reimbursement is contingent upon Consultant furnishing to Company in a timely fashion the appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may reasonably request.
