Expenses and Vacations. Employer, according to its standard travel policy, shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable, in-policy business expenses upon the presentation of itemized statements of such expenses. Executive shall be entitled to three weeks’ paid vacation per year, in accordance with Employer’s vacation policy and practice applicable to senior executives of Employer; provided that following Executive’s fifth anniversary of employment with Employer, Executive shall be entitled to four weeks’ paid vacation per year.
