Common use of Expenses of Arbitration Board Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Arbitration Board. (a) Each party shall pay one half (½) of the expenses of a single arbitrator as provided by the Trade Union Act. (b) Where the matter has been dealt with by the arbitration board, each party shall pay the expenses of its own appointee and one half (½) the expenses of the chairman, as provided in the Trade Union Act.
