Common use of Experience Factor Clause in Contracts

Experience Factor. Upon satisfactory documentation of prior experience in a given supplemental area, a teacher may receive up to five (5) years credit on the supplemental index. Five (5) years of credit may only bring the teacher to Step 5 of the index. Such documentation must be provided to the Treasurer one month prior to the start of the supplemental duty.
