Common use of Export Documentation Clause in Contracts

Export Documentation. Upon redelivery and upon request by the Lessor, the Lessee shall (a) provide to the Lessor all documents necessary to export the Aircraft from the State of Registration (including a valid and subsisting export license for the Aircraft), and (b) provide any documents reasonably requested by the Lessor in connection with, and otherwise cooperate with, the deregistration of the Aircraft by the Aviation Authority, including causing the Aviation Authority to issue an Export Certificate of Airworthiness to a country specified by the Lessor.

Export Documentation. Upon redelivery and upon request by the Lessor, the Lessee shall (a) provide to the Lessor all documents necessary to export the Aircraft from the State of Registration (including a valid and subsisting export license licence for the Aircraft), and (b) provide any documents reasonably requested by the Lessor in connection with, and otherwise cooperate with, the deregistration of the Aircraft by the Aviation Authority, including causing the Aviation Authority to issue an Export Certificate of Airworthiness to a country specified by the Lessor.
