EXPORT LICENSING. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining any export license required with respect to the Goods, products, or technologies, including software, sold, delivered, licensed or otherwise provided to UNDP under the Contract. The Contractor shall procure any such export license in an expeditious manner. Subject to and without any waiver of the privileges and immunities of UNDP, UNDP shall lend the Contractor all reasonable assistance required for obtaining any such export license. Should any Governmental entity refuse, delay or hinder the Contractor’s ability to obtain any such export license, the Contractor shall promptly consult with UNDP to enable UNDP to take appropriate measures to resolve the matter.

EXPORT LICENSING. The Contractor and all subcontractors are responsible for compliance with U.S. export licensing requirements, if applicable, in the performance of the Terms of Reference.
EXPORT LICENSING a. Buyer and Seller shall comply with all national and international export and control regulations. Equipment, technology and technical data shall not be exported, re- sold, diverted, re-exported or disposed of in other than the country of ultimate destination (currently approved by the United States Government), without the prior approval of the United States Department of State or Commerce or other Agency of the United States Government, whichever is appropriate.
b. Seller shall assume no liability in the event that an export license is not approved or later withdrawn by the United States Government or other applicable Government.
c. Where Buyer requests a routed transaction (meaning it will along with its U.S freight forwarder accept responsibility as U.S Exporter of Record to attain such applicable Government approvals) it shall supply all required documentation to the Seller including the required routed transaction letters from both Buyer and its designated U.S. designated Forwarder/agent. Further, Buyer shall comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the use, sale, distribution, transfer, export, or re-export, directly or indirectly, of any Goods, including the laws of the United States ("U.S.") and any other country in which Buyer or Seller undertakes any of the foregoing. Buyer will not transfer, export, or re-export, directly or indirectly, any Goods to U.S. embargoed countries, or any nationals thereof, or to any other country subject to restriction under applicable laws and regulations, (including but not limited to those indicated by the U.S. Treasury Department and Buyer hereby warrants that it is not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country). Buyer will not transfer, export, or re-export, directly or indirectly any Goods to any party listed by any applicable government or law as prohibited from receiving such products, and Buyer hereby represents that it is not on, or under control of any person or entity which is on any such list.
EXPORT LICENSING. Required Permits, Licenses and Approvals - Distributor shall be responsible to obtain and to secure the continuation or renewal of all required permits, licenses and approvals for the export of the Products from the United States into any other part of the Territory. Manufacturer agrees to cooperate with Distributor and, upon Distributor’s request, to render reasonable assistance to aid Distributor in obtaining all required export licenses.
EXPORT LICENSING. Supplier will provide all necessary assistance in order that Cabletron may obtain export license approval for the Products from any and all relevant governmental entities, upon Cabletron's request and at no additional charge.

The Contractor shall procure any such export license in an expeditious manner. Subject to and without any waiver of the privileges and immunities of the UPU, the UPU shall lend the Contractor all reasonable assistance required for obtaining any such export license. Should any Governmental entity refuse, delay or hinder the Contractor's ability to obtain any such export license, the Contractor shall promptly inform the UPU to enable it to take appropriate measures to resolve the matter.
EXPORT LICENSING. 1. Within 60 days of the date of entry into force of this Agreement, each Party shall notify the other Party of its existing export licensing procedures. A Party shall be deemed to have complied with this paragraph if it has notified its export licensing procedures consistent with a Decision on Notification Procedures for Quantitative Restrictions adopted by the WTO Council for Trade in Goods.
2. Each Party shall publish any new export licensing procedure, or any modification to an existing export licensing procedure. Such publication shall take place no later than 30 days after the procedure or modification takes effect.
3. For greater certainty, nothing in this Article requires a Party to grant an export licence, or prevents a Party from implementing its obligations under any international agreement, including but not limited to those under United Nations Security Council Resolutions, as well as its commitments under multilateral non-proliferation regimes and export control arrangements including, but not limited to the Wassenaar Arrangement on Export Controls for Conventional Arms and Dual- Use Goods and Technologies done at The Hague on 19 December 1995, the Nuclear Suppliers Group, the Australia Group, and the Missile Technology Control Regime.
