Contractor and all. Contractor Parties shall develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive written information security policy for the protection of Confidential Information that meets or exceeds current industry standards and best practices as they may be amended from time to time. The safeguards contained in the written information security policy must meet or exceed the standards for the protection of Confidential Information, and information of a similar character, as set forth in all applicable federal and State law and in written policy of the Client Agency or DAS concerning the confidentiality of Confidential Information.   • SUB-CONTRACTORS Transfer Agent may, without further consent on the part of Customer, subcontract with other subcontractors for telephone and mailing services as may be required from time to time; provided, however, that the Transfer Agent shall be as fully responsible to the Customer for the acts and omissions of any subcontractor as it is for its own acts and omissions.

If the Contract is federally funded, Contractor and any Subcontractor(s) shall not pay less than the higher of these rates or the rates determined by the United States Department of Labor.
