Exported Data Permissions and Restrictions. In the event Customer has not elected a subscription level that includes “Collaborative Rights” set forth in a Schedule, Customer shall only have the right to allow use of the Exported Data by Authorized Users. In such event, Customer will not (and will not allow any Third Party to) (a) allow use of the Exported Data by anyone other than Authorized Users, or (b) distribute, disclose or allow use of any Exported Data, in any format, through any timesharing service, service bureau, network, or by any other means, to or by any Third Party other than Authorized Users. In the event Customer has elected a subscription level that includes “Collaborative Rights” set forth in a Schedule, Customer shall have the right to allow use of the Exported Data by anyone who is an employee of Customer or an Authorized User; provided, however, that Customer shall not distribute, disclose or allow use of any Exported Data, in any format, through any timesharing service, service bureau, network, or by any other means, to or by any Third Party other than Authorized Users.
