Exports/ Imports. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to comply with the current legislation as well as the regulations and requirements applicable to the existing imports and exports in the USA, the European Union, and any other jurisdiction where the Buyer has facilities where products are to be sent.
Exports/ Imports. The Buyer agrees that all applicable import and export control laws, regulations, order and requirements will apply to its receipt and use of Product(s) and/or Services. In no event shall the Buyer use, transfer, release, import, export or re-export Product(s) in violation of such applicable laws, regulations, orders or requirements. In case of exportation, the Buyer will inform in writing the country of destination he intends to export the products. The Seller or the Manufacturer of the product may refuse to deliver the products or ask them to be returned if it is against any related Governments laws and regulations. In such a case, the Purchaser agrees to compensate the Seller, or the Manufacturer all cost and/or losses that such a violation may involve.
Exports/ Imports. Subject to Applicable Laws and to the best of its abilities, Avicanna shall cooperate with RWB in managing and facilitating the import of the Products to any applicable Territory, Avicanna shall provide RWB with any and all information required for such import permits and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to assist RWB with any required applications or authorizations for such import permits. In addition, Avicanna shall also provide any other required documentation necessary for RWB to successfully import the Products into any country in the Territory. For the purposes of clarity, RWB acknowledges any such import permits will be granted to RWB and Avicanna will, to the best of its abilities, manage and facilitate the import of Products into the Territory in cooperation with RWB. 5 Prices, Purchase Orders, Delivery, Risk of Loss, and Payment.
