Exposure and Disappearance. (i) When by reason of an accident described in Section 2, the Insured Person is unavoidably exposed to the elements and as a result of such exposure suffers a Loss, the amount set out in the Schedule of Benefits shall be paid. Exposure and Disappearance. When by reason of an accident described in Section 2, the Insured Person is unavoidably exposed to the elements and as a result of such exposure suffers a Loss, the amount set out in the Schedule of Benefits shall be paid.
Exposure and Disappearance. If by reason of an accident covered under this certificate of insurance an insured person is unavoidably exposed to the elements and as a result of such exposure suffers a loss for which indemnity is otherwise payable hereunder, such loss will be covered hereunder. If the body of an insured person has not been found within twelve (12) months after the date of disappearance as the result of the sinking or wrecking of a common carrier in which the insured person was riding at the time of the accident and under such circumstances as would otherwise be covered hereunder, it will be presumed that the insured person suffered loss of life resulting from accidental bodily injury.

If the Insured Employee is not found within one (1) year after the date of the disappearance, sinking or wrecking of the conveyance in which the Insured Employee was riding at the time of the Accident and under such circumstances as would otherwise be covered hereunder, it will be presumed the Insured Employee suffered a Loss of Life resulting from Injury caused by an Accident at the time of such disappearance, sinking or wrecking.
