Express Waiver of Illinois Employee Sick Leave Act. The provisions of this Section 4 are in lieu of the rights and benefits provided by the Illinois Employee Sick Leave Act. The parties expressly agree that all rights, requirements, and benefits under the Illinois Employee Sick Leave Act are hereby waived.
