Extended Expiration. The right to exercise this Warrant shall expire at 5:00 P.M., New York City time, on the Expiration Date, provided, however, that if the Holders of Warrants issued hereunder have, in accordance with the terms thereof, requested a registration statement pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement 90 days or more prior to the Expiration Date and such registration statement has not become effective prior to the Expiration Date then the right to exercise this Warrant shall be extended and shall expire 30 days after the effective date of such registration statement.
Extended Expiration. If this Agreement should be terminated while a loss occurrence covered by a Policy that is part of the Subject Business is in progress, subject to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Retrocessionaire is responsible as if the entire loss or damage had occurred prior to the termination of this Agreement.
Extended Expiration. The right to exercise this Warrant shall expire at 5:00 P.M., PST, on November 20, 2002; provided, however, that if a registration statement covering the Warrant Shares has not become effective prior to the expiration date of the right to exercise this Warrant, then the right to exercise this Warrant shall be extended and shall expire 30 days after the effective date of such registration statement.
Extended Expiration. Should this Reinsurance Contract terminate while a loss occurrence covered hereunder is in progress, it is understood and agreed that, subject to the other conditions of this Reinsurance Contract, the REINSURER shall be responsible for their proportion of the entire loss or damage caused by such occurrence.
Extended Expiration. Has been amended to read "If this Contract terminates" rather than "If this Contract shall terminate".
Extended Expiration. If this policy should expire or be cancelled while an occurrence giving rise to a loss recoverable under this policy is in progress, it is understood and agreed that said loss, subject to all other terms and conditions and Combined Single Limit of Liability of this insurance, will be covered under this policy as if the entire loss has occurred prior to the expiration or cancellation.
Extended Expiration. Seller's representations and warranties in Section 4.2 (Authorization) and Section 4.9 (Intellectual Property) and Purchasers' representations and warranties in Section 5.2 (Authorization) shall not terminate or expire and shall survive for an unlimited period.
Extended Expiration. If this Contract expires while a loss occurrence covered hereunder is in progress, the Reinsurer's liability hereunder shall, subject to the other terms and conditions of this Contract, be determined as if the entire loss occurrence had occurred prior to the expiration of this Contract, provided that no part of such loss occurrence is claimed against any renewal or replacement of this Contract.
Extended Expiration. If this Agreement should terminate while a catastrophic accident is in progress, it is agreed that this Agreement shall apply as if such catastrophic accident had occurred entirely within the term hereof.
Extended Expiration. If this Reinsurance Agreement should expire or be terminated while a loss occurrence covered hereunder is in progress it is understood and agreed that, subject to the other conditions of this Reinsurance Agreement, the Reinsurer hereon is responsible as if the entire loss or damage had occurred prior to the expiration of this Reinsurance Agreement, provided that no part of that loss General Conditions: WI Catastrophe Excess of Loss Reinsurance Agreement 2000 Page 6 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- occurrence is claimed against any renewal of this Reinsurance Agreement. This condition shall however not apply to liability losses affecting multiple years.
