Extended Family Planning Program. Family planning services and referrals to primary care services are provided to eligible recipients at or below 250 percent of the FPL who lose Medicaid eligibility at the conclusion of their 60-day postpartum period. See Section X for more detailed requirements.

Family planning services and referrals to primary care services are provided for a maximum period of 24 months to eligible recipients at or below 250 200 percent of the FPL who lose Medicaid eligibility at the conclusion of their 60-60- day postpartum period.
