Extended Family Planning Program Income Limit. Effective October 1, 2008, a new participant will only be considered eligible if her income is no higher than 200 percent of the FPL. The State will have 12 months from the beginning of the extension period to disenroll current enrollees whose income exceeds 200 percent of the FPL at its annual eligibility redetermination. The State shall only enroll or reenroll an individual into the extended family planning program who is uninsured (defined as not having creditable coverage) and who has an income up to and including 200 percent of the FPL.
