Facility B Termination Date definition

Facility B Termination Date means the earliest of (a) July 2, 1998 (or such later date to which the Facility B Commitment is extended in accordance with SECTION 2.3), (b) December 31, 1997, in the event the Restricted Companies fail to satisfy the conditions of SECTION 5.4 of the Facility B Agreement on or before December 30, 1997; and (c) the effective date of any other termination or cancellation of Facility B Lenders' commitments to lend under, and in accordance with, the Facility B Agreement.

Facility B Termination Date means the earliest of (a) May 1, 2000, (b) the date of termination by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), (c) the Termination Date; and (d) the date of termination by the Lender pursuant to Section 11.2(a).

Facility B Termination Date means May 5, 2000, or such later date to --------------------------- which such date may be extended under Section 2.12.

Examples of Facility B Termination Date in a sentence

• The Facility B Commitments to lend hereunder shall expire on the Facility B Termination Date.

• On the Facility B Termination Date, the Borrower shall repay all amounts (if any) owing or outstanding under each Ancillary Facility.

• An Interest Period for a Facility B Loan shall not extend beyond the Facility B Termination Date.

• Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Borrower may borrow, repay and reborrow under Facility B at any time prior to the Facility B Termination Date.

• All Facility B Obligations shall be due and payable by the Borrower on the Facility B Termination Date except to the extent such Facility B Obligations are converted to Facility B Term Loans pursuant to Section 2.19 or Section 2.20 or shall sooner become due and payable pursuant to Section 9.02 or as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

More Definitions of Facility B Termination Date

Facility B Termination Date means the earliest of (a) December 31, 1999, (b) the date of termination by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), (c) the Termination Date; and (d) the date of termination by the Lender pursuant to Section 11.2(a); provided, however, if the Cash Infusion Event occurs by August 31, 1999, the date "December 31, 1999" in part (a) of this paragraph shall be replaced with the date March 1, 2000.

Facility B Termination Date means May 27, 2004, or such later date, if any, to which Facility B Termination Date is extended pursuant to Section 2.19, subject, however, to earlier termination in whole of the Aggregate Facility B Commitment pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Facility B Termination Date means the date which is 5 years after the date of this Agreement.

Facility B Termination Date contained in Section 1.1. of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following substituted in its place:

Facility B Termination Date means the date falling six Months from the initial Utilisation Date.

Facility B Termination Date means the fourth anniversary of the Closing Date.

Facility B Termination Date means, subject to Clause 7.5 (Extension Option), the date which is 66 Months after the date of this Agreement.
