Common use of Extension of Contract Clause in Contracts

Extension of Contract. In the event the CONTRACTOR offers to supply their service for the same price as awarded from the result of this proposal for any succeeding period, or in the event the CONTRACTOR is willing to negotiate any justifiable price increase at the time of any succeeding Contract renewal period, if applicable, and it would be economical and in the best interest of COMMISSION, and provided the services have been to the satisfaction of COMMISSION, COMMISSION reserves the right to extend any Contract resulting from this proposal on a term-by-term basis to the CONTRACTOR awarded the Contract.
