Extension of Labor Contract the Company and the Union agree that the term of the 2012 CBA, and any letters of agreements (LOAs) and letters of understating (LOUs) including MOAs, MOUs and all international union, district and local agreements that were valid and enforceable immediately prior to the effective date of this MOA will be extended to 11:59 p.m. on April 14, 2018. The 2012 CBA is being extended to provide greater stability to CT operations and to extend the enhanced job security to Covered Employees.

  • NOTICE OF LABOR DISPUTES (a) If the Contractor has knowledge that any actual or potential labor dispute is delaying or threatens to delay the timely performance of this Contract, the Contractor immediately shall give notice, including all relevant information, to the Authority.

  • Selection of Labor During the performance of this contract, the contractor shall not use convict labor for any purpose within the limits of a construction project on a Federal-aid highway unless it is labor performed by convicts who are on parole, supervised release, or probation. The term Federal-aid highway does not include roadways functionally classified as local roads or rural minor collectors.

  • Extension of Leave 4 If an extension of the leave is required, a request for the extension must be 5 submitted on the Leave Request Form at least five days in advance of the leave 6 expiration.   • Extension of Probationary Period The probationary period shall not be extended except in the case of extended illness or injury or compelling personal situation during which time the employee was unable to work. In such cases, the probationary period may be extended for the length of time the ill or injured employee was unable to work.
