Extension of Time Limits by Agreement. The time limits set forth in 50 this article are recognized by the parties as being necessary for prompt resolution of 51 grievances. Reasonable extensions of these time limits may be arranged by mutual 52 written agreement. Grievances not presented, or presented and not pursued, within the 53 specified or mutually extended time limits will be considered waived, and such failure 54 shall constitute a bar to all future actions thereon.
