Extent of Insurance Coverage. From the time of launching of the Vessel until the Vessel is completed, delivered to and accepted by Buyer, Builder shall, at its own cost and expense, keep the Vessel and all machinery, materials, equipment, appurtenances and outfit, delivered to the Shipyard for the Vessel, or built into or installed in or upon the Vessel, including Buyer’s Supplies, fully insured with first class Korean insurance companies under insurance coverage corresponding to the latest Institute of London Underwriters Clauses for Builders’ Risks. The amount of such insurance coverage shall, up to the date of delivery of the Vessel, be in an amount at least equal to, but not limited to, the aggregate of the payments made by Buyer to Builder plus the value of Buyer’s Supplies in custody of the Shipyard, if any. The insurance referred to hereinabove shall be taken out in the name of Builder and all losses under the insurance shall be payable to Builder. If Buyer so requests, Builder shall at Buyer’s cost procure insurance on the Vessel and all parts, materials, machinery and equipment intended therefore against other risks not provided in this Article XII.1 and shall make all arrangements to that end. The cost of such insurance shall be reimbursed to Builder by Buyer upon delivery of the Vessel. Notwithstanding the above, Buyer shall compensate Builder for any increased cost and expense with evidence under or pursuant to any provision of this Article XII, incurred by Builder due to any Buyer’s default as specified in Article XI.

Extent of Insurance Coverage. From the time of keel-laying of the first section of the VESSEL until the VESSEL is completed, delivered to and accepted by the BUYER, the SELLER shall, at its own cost and expense, keep the VESSEL and all machinery, materials, equipment, appurtenances and outfit, delivered to the SELLER for the VESSEL or built into, or installed in or upon the VESSEL, including the BUYER's Supplies, fully insured with the first class Chinese insurance companies on insurance terms no narrower than the Institute of London Underwriters’ Builders' Risks Clauses. The amount of such insurance coverage shall, up to the date of delivery of the VESSEL, be in an amount at least equal to, but not limited to, the aggregate of the payments made by the BUYER to the SELLER including the value of the BUYER's Supplies. The policy referred to hereinabove shall be taken out in the name of the SELLER and all losses under such policy shall be payable to the SELLER. The SELLER shall send the BUYER a copy of the insurance policy and/or confirmation of the insurance coverage for the VESSEL as soon as possible after the Keel-Laying of the VESSEL has been carried out.

Extent of Insurance Coverage. From the time of the keel-laying until delivery of the DRILLSHIP, the BUILDER shall, at its own cost and expense fully insure the DRILLSHIP and all machinery, materials and equipment delivered to the Shipyard for the DRILLSHIP, including BUYER’s Supplies, built into or installed in or upon the DRILLSHIP against all risks under the “Institute Clauses for Builder’s Risks” with first class insurance company or underwriters in Korea. From the time of the first arrival of the BUYER’s Supplies in Korea until delivery of the DRILLSHIP, the BUILDER shall keep the BUYER’s Supplies fully insured with the aforementioned insurance companies or underwriters to cover BUILDER’s Risk. The BUILDER shall promptly furnish the BUILDER with certified copies in the English language of the insurance policies taken out.
Extent of Insurance Coverage. From the time of launching of the VESSEL until the VESSEL is delivered to and accepted by the BUYER, the BUILDER shall, at its own cost and expense, keep the VESSEL and all machinery, materials, equipment, appurtenances and outfit delivered to the SHIPYARD for the VESSEL or built into, or installed in or upon the VESSEL fully insured with first class insurance company in Korea, against the risks under cover corresponding to the “Institute Clause for Builder’s Risk” upon the London Market. The insurance coverage shall be carried up to the date of delivery of the VESSEL, and shall be in an amount equal to the CONTRACT PRICE. A copy of the insurance policy shall be delivered to the BUYER.

The amount of such insurance coverage shall, up to the ACTUAL DELIVERY DATE of the DRILLSHIP, be in an amount at least equal to, but not limited to, the aggregate of the payments made by BUYER to BUILDER plus the value of BUYER’S SUPPLIES in custody of the SHIPYARD, if any. The insurance referred to hereinabove shall be taken out in the name of BUILDER and all losses under the insurance shall be payable to BUILDER and BUYER as their interests may appear. If BUYER so requests, BUILDER shall at BUYER’s cost procure insurance on the DRILLSHIP and all parts, materials, machinery and equipment intended therefore against other risks not provided in this Article XII.1 and shall make all arrangements to that end. The cost of such insurance shall be reimbursed to BUILDER by BUYER upon delivery of the DRILLSHIP. The BUILDER shall obtain and maintain any additional insurance required by Korean law.

The amount of such insurance coverage shall not be less than the aggregated amount of all instalments paid by the Buyer to the Builder plus the value of the Buyer’s supplies in the custody of the Shipyard. The Builder will supply the Buyer with copies of the insurance documents and all renewals thereof.

The amount of such insurance coverage shall not be less than the aggregate amount of all instalments paid by the BUYER to the SELLER. The policy referred to hereinabove shall be taken out in the name of the SELLER and all losses under such policy shall be payable to the SELLER.
