Review Process A/E's Work Product will be reviewed by County under its applicable technical requirements and procedures, as follows:
Interview Process Interviews will take place over a period of ninety (90) days. The interviews both of bargaining unit employees and of managers will be conducted jointly by Union/Industry members of the Technical Committee (or designates).
The Change Order The Change Order is the instrument by which adjustments in the Contract Sum and the Contract Time are effected. The Change Order shall be accompanied by a breakdown as set forth in Paragraph 3.2.7.4. The breakdown is for the purpose of enabling the Design Professional and the Owner to make a judgment on the dollar amount of the adjustment in the Contract Sum and is not a part of the Change Order. No condition, term, qualification, limitation, exception, exemption, modification, or proviso, except as set forth in this Part, shall appear in the breakdown. Only such conditions, terms, qualifications, limitations, exceptions, exemptions, modifications, and provisos as are permitted under this Part are valid. The Design Professional shall certify to the dollar amount and description of the adjustments permitted by the Change Order.
Review Procedure If the Plan Administrator denies part or all of the claim, the claimant shall have the opportunity for a full and fair review by the Plan Administrator of the denial, as follows:
Review Protocol A narrative description of how the Claims Review was conducted and what was evaluated.
Review Procedures The Parties agree to jointly conduct a review, sampling transactions of the incidents managed under this Agreement. Findings that are inconsistent with the normal or accepted way of doing business will be reconciled on a case by case basis. Any decision to further examine records will be considered on a case by case basis and appropriate follow up action agreed upon by all agencies involved. Payment for Protection Services (use if appropriate) Geographic, Statewide or Sub-Geographic (local) operating plans and procurement documents or agreement will establish billing procedures for Fee Basis Protection Services.
Review Stages The Project Architect shall submit documents to the Owner for review at completion of the Schematic Design Phase, Design Development Phase and at the following stages of completion of the Construction Documents Phase as follows: 50%, 75%, 100%
