Exterior Sewer Line. What is covered? Your leaking or permanently blocked exterior sewer line that takes waste water from the external wall of Your Home to Your utility’s responsibility. What is not covered? Collapse of or damage to the sewer line from Your Home caused by roots, rocks or earth movement; sewer lines that do not connect to a municipal or city owned sewer line; any type of sewer odors emitting from the sewer system or sewer line that seep into the drainage or venting system of Your Home; where there is no leak or permanent blockage in Your sewer line.
