External Claims Audit. Services provided by an external claims auditing firm are outside the scope of our Agreement. We will help Hall County select an external auditing firm and help coordinate any requested audits with Hall County’s service providers. Outside Benefit Administration and Communications Services - Any outside communication services would not be within the scope of our brokerage/consulting fees. Compensation For the services listed in Exhibit A of this Agreement, TWS will be paid on a per employee per month basis of $12 for each covered employee life on the health insurance. For additional service not outlined in Exhibit A of this Agreement, Hall County agrees to compensate TWS within 30 days of receipt of invoice for any additional services not defined in Exhibit A of this agreement. Any such services and fees will be agreed to in advance by both parties before any services are rendered.

  • Audit Notwithstanding any other audit requirement, H-GAC reserves the right to conduct or cause to be conducted an independent audit of any transaction under this Agreement, such audit may be performed by the H-GAC local government audit staff, a certified public accountant firm, or other auditors designated by H-GAC and will be conducted in accordance with applicable professional standards and practices. The Contractor understands and agrees that the Contractor shall be liable to the H-GAC for any findings that result in monetary obligations to H-GAC.

  • Grievance Investigations Where an employee has asked or is obliged to be represented by the Institute in relation to the presentation of a grievance and an employee acting on behalf of the Institute wishes to discuss the grievance with that employee, the employee and the representative of the employee will, where operational requirements permit, be given reasonable leave with pay for this purpose when the discussion takes place in the headquarters area of such employee and leave without pay when it takes place outside the headquarters area of such employee.

  • Grievance Investigation The Employer agrees to supply to the Union the names of all applicants for a vacancy, or new position in the course of a grievance investigation.

  • Year-End Grievance In the event a grievance is filed at such time that it cannot be processed through all steps in this grievance procedure by the end of the school year and, if left unresolved until the beginning of the following school year, could result in irreparable harm to a party in interest, the time limits set forth herein shall be reduced so that the grievance procedure may be exhausted prior to the end of the school year or within a maximum of 30 days thereafter. Reduction of the time limit shall be with mutual consent.

  • Complaints Investigation ‌ An employee who complains of harassment under the provisions of the Human Rights Code of British Columbia may refer the complaint to either one or other of the following processes:

  • City Audits The CITY may perform an independent audit. Such audits may cover programmatic as well as fiscal matters. GRANTEE will be afforded an opportunity to respond to any audit findings, and have the responses included in the final audit report. Costs of such audits will be borne by the CITY.
