Common use of External Educational Associations Clause in Contracts

External Educational Associations. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit the freedom of the Administration to recognize and deal with external educational associations, accrediting agencies, and professional organizations, such as the national office of the American Association of University Professors, provided, however, that such recognition or dealing shall not repeal, rescind or otherwise modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
