External Experience Credit. (Applicable to 4, 5, and 6 Weeks Vacation Entitlement) 38.7.1 Appointments to Positions Paid from‌‌‌ Employees who were or are hired directly into, or within one year of their ECD were, or are, appointed to a Society-represented position and paid from Salary Schedules 01, 02, 03, 05, 08, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15 will receive the following vacation credits for external experience, applicable to four, five, and six weeks vacation entitlement. Credits are based upon the highest salary grade attained within one year of hiring and are translated into an External Experience Value (EEV).
