Extra Duty Training Requirements. Whenever possible the Board of Education shall provide specialized training to those personnel who are employed to direct, supervise, or coach a pupil-activity and/or sport program and who are required to complete specialized training in order to be so employed. If the Board of Education is unable to provide said specialized training, the Board of Education shall reimburse the employee(s) for the registration fee, certificate fee, and mileage, if travel by car is required, at the current rate approved by the Board of Education. The Superintendent may select training sessions at sites which would be deemed suitable for attendance by employees required to participate in said training.
