Extra Trip Down Time and Overtime Rates. Instead of paragraphs (.2.1 and .2.2) above, drivers shall be paid at a regular rate for extra trips of $10.00 per hour effective July 1, 2019, for all time over forty (40) hours in a work week. (The overtime rate would be 1.5 times $10.00 or $15.00). Instead of paragraphs (.2.1 and .2.2) above, drivers shall be paid at a regular rate for extra trips of $11.00 per hour effective July 1, 2020, for all time over forty (40) hours in a work week. (The overtime rate would be 1.5 times $11.00 or $16.50). Instead of paragraph (.2.1 and .2.2) above, drivers shall be paid at a regular rate for extra trips of $12.00 per hour effective July 1, 2021 for all time over forty (40) hours in a work week. (The overtime rate would be 1.5 times $12.00 or $18.00). If and when any of the above hourly rates are below the legally required minimum wage under federal or state law, the Board shall adjust the particular hourly rate(s) to such minimum when the increased minimum is required to be effective.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.

  • Hourly Wage Rates The Employer shall pay wages to every employee covered by this Agreement at the rates set forth in Schedule "A" hereunto annexed in respect of the various classifications therein contained. Schedule "A" shall be deemed to be contained in, and form a part of this Agreement.

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

  • Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.

  • Billing Rates The Contractor shall be reimbursed for the services performed by its employees under the terms of this Agreement at the lesser of employee’s billing rate set forth in the Budget or the employee’s billing rate applicable at the time the Work is performed. Such billing rates shall be inclusive of actual Cash-based Expenses in the form of wages paid the employee, fringe benefits, overhead, general and administrative (G&A), and other indirect costs. Contractor hereby warrants and guarantees that the billing rates charged herein are Contractor’s customary billing rates for performance of work of the type described in the Statement of Work attached hereto.
