Common use of Facilities Funding Clause in Contracts

Facilities Funding. The School is eligible for state capital outlay dollars to the extent provided for in the Public School Capital Outlay Actxxxiv; the Public School Capital Improvements Actxxxv; the Public School Buildings Actxxxvi; and any other applicable law.
