Relevant Facility definition

Relevant Facility means any one or all of the following:

Relevant Facility means the Facility being amended pursuant to the amendment to which this Appendix is attached.

Relevant Facility has the meaning set out in the STD General Terms.

Examples of Relevant Facility in a sentence

• The proceeds of such Relevant Facility Loans shall be immediately applied to repay the applicable Issuing Lender.

• Each Facility Agent shall notify the Lenders for which it is the Relevant Facility Agent of receipt of any such notice.

• In the case of any Bank having Exposure under more than one Near-Term Facility, such Bank may, by notice to Conseco and the applicable Agent, allocate its reduction in Exposure to one or more such Facilities in such respective amounts as it shall select in its sole discretion (and any inconsistent provision in the Relevant Facility shall not apply).

• For the purposes of this Section L a "Maintenance Relevant Facility" is a Connected Delivery Facility or Connected Offtake System or the Consumer's Plant at an NTS Supply Point, and a "Maintenance Relevant Party" is any User, a relevant Transporter, a Delivery Facility Operator, Connected Offtake System Operator or (in relation to an NTS Supply Point) the consumer.

• Upon receipt of any such notice the applicable Agent shall promptly notify each Relevant Facility Lender thereof.

More Definitions of Relevant Facility

Relevant Facility shall have the meaning set forth in the Appendix.

Relevant Facility means a facility which falls within paragraph (a)(i)(I) of the definition of “long-term residential care services”;

Relevant Facility means any facility referred to in paragraphs (2) to (7) of regulation 3; “sanitary fitting” means a water closet or urinal;

Relevant Facility means any facility where the staff person receiving notification regularly works or where a child of the person in parental relation receiving notification regularly receives instruction.

Relevant Facility means any funding facility (whether by way of loans, equity investments, asset- based lending or a factoring or invoice discounting facility or otherwise, or any combination of the foregoing) entered into between a Client (or any Affiliate of the Client) and: 4.5.1 any prospective funder contacted by HBFS as part of the Services (other than any prospective funder contacted by HBFS which was previously notified to HBFS on the Form); or 4.5.2 any funder, where the Client or any Affiliate contacts the funder during, or receives an offer of funding during, the Exclusivity Period (other than any prospective funder which was previously notified to HBFS on the Form).

Relevant Facility means all premises or facilities (from time to time and whether or not in existence at the date of this Agreement) (including the relevant sites on which such premises or facilities are or are to be located) and including such plant, equipment and fixtures and fittings forming part of the building fabric of such premises or facilities: relating to the secondary20 schools maintained by the Local Authority from time to time as defined in sections 20-22 of the Schools Standards and Framework Act 1998 and section 39 of the Education Act 2002 or which become maintained by the Local Authority after the date of this Agreement pursuant to any Law; and/or being funded under the BSF Programme and in either case where the Local Authority has the legal power to effect and control procurement of such premises or facilities.21 The provisions of this clause 7.1 are subject to clause 7.5.

Relevant Facility has the meaning given in clause 7.1(b)(ii); Relevant Government Department means the DCSF, HM Treasury, the Department for Culture Media and Sport and/or the Department for Communities and Local Government (including any statutory successors);
