FACTS Tuition Management Program a) Enrollment in the FACTS tuition management program with 10 equal payments automatically withdrawn each month from your checking or savings account, beginning in July 2019. Tuition is calculated on a yearly basis and fees paid in monthly installments do not reflect the number of days in a given month. There is an annual $45 enrollment fee, added to your account once finalized. If you have already signed up with FACTS last year, there is no need to complete a new FACTS agreement. By signing this form, you grant the school permission to add the 2019/20 fees to your current agreement, for 10 payments each month beginning in July 2019.
