Faculty and Staff Exchange. Both organizations agree to develop opportunities for faculty to teach courses, conduct seminars and undertake such other activities at each other’s campus as mutually agreed. Visiting faculty will be provided with opportunities to observe and share teaching methods and curriculum. SOFCON INDIA PVT. LTD., BHOPAL and Amity University, Madhya Pradesh (AUMP) will exchange faculty according to the terms and conditions as mutually agreed upon.

Faculty and Staff Exchange. MSRA and OUS agree to develop specific programs, arrangements, and activities to en- courage and promote the reciprocal exchange of faculty and staff from their respective insti- tutions of higher education.
Faculty and Staff Exchange. Both institutions will accept scholars from the partner institution. In the absence o f any specific agreement to the contrary, all expenses o f salary, travel and living and allied costs will be the responsibility o f the visitor or o f the visitor's home faculty. Detailed term s and conditions for the exchange o f faculty and staff are subject to agreement in each individual case. The term s and conditions must accord with the host country's visa and em ployment regulations. The purpose o f the exchange m ay be for teaching, research and/or professional developm ent The host institution will provide the normal services for visitors including office space, access to internet and e- mail, phone at local level and library facilities. The host institution will assist, as far as possible, in arranging accom m odation for the visitor, and will assist in m atters o f heahh, language and local customs.

  • Provisions governing staff and subcontractors A. To require any subcontractor to execute documents that binds the subcontractor to comply with the provisions of this Contract. Subcontractor means an individual or entity to which the Contractor has contracted with or delegated some of its management functions or responsibilities of providing all or a part of the services required of the Contractor under this Contract.

  • Limitation on Out-of-State Litigation - Texas Business and Commerce Code § 272 This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. Texas Business and Commerce Code § 272 prohibits a construction contract, or an agreement collateral to or affecting the construction contract, from containing a provision making the contract or agreement, or any conflict arising under the contract or agreement, subject to another state’s law, litigation in the courts of another state, or arbitration in another state. If included in Texas construction contracts, such provisions are voidable by a party obligated by the contract or agreement to perform the work. By submission of this proposal, Vendor acknowledges this law and if Vendor enters into a construction contract with a Texas TIPS Member under this procurement, Vendor certifies compliance.
